Richard son of Giliana of Lamberton has given to Stephen, chaplain of Lamberton, in return for his homage and service, a third part of the toft that belonged to Matania, and a third part of that toft that belonged to Ewoc, and four acres of land in North Lamberton (bounds stated), with one penny yearly to be rendered thereupon.
