Adam, lord of Prenderguest, by his own will and the agreement of his son and heir, Henry, has sold to Patrick of Prenderguest, burgess of Berwick, Reginald the reeve of his neyfs, with the whole of his issue and has quitclaimed for ever the said Reginald and the whole of his issue to the said Patrick, for 20 marks sterling, which Patrick himself has given to him in his great need.
