Patrick son of Thomas son of David of Quixwood, in the year of grace 1246, abjured, renounced, and quitclaimed for himself and his heirs to Blessed Mary and Saint Cuthbert and Saint Ebbe and Richard the prior of Coldingham and the monks of Durham there his whole right and claim in the villa of Swinton, the villa of Oldcambus, and in 10 acres in Fleurs; and he warrants this quitclaim against all men and women.
