Clerambault of Ashby has handed over to perpetual ferme to Coldingham Priory two fisheries on the River Tweed, namely, one below the garden of Fishwick and the other at 'Schipeswel', which his lord, Walter Oliphant gave to him in return for his homage and service; he has also granted to the monks to hold the said fisheries of him in perpetuity in return for 8s. yearly; and he shall warrant the said fisheries.
