Description (from People of Medieval Scotland)
Simon, son of Elias of Prenderguest, and Walter his brother, have given to St Mary's at Coldingham and the prior and convent of the same place, the whole land that he had in the territory of lower Ayton from the donation of Elias of Prenderguest to their father, that is, 8 acres of land on 'Holburneflat' that they once held of the said prior, and were accustomed to render to the same one pound of cinnamon.
