Adam of Prenderguest has sold, for him and his heirs, and quitclaimed the whole right he had in Stephen son of Waltheof, once his serf, and in his issue and in his chattels to Alexander, almoner, or whoever is almoner of Coldingham at the time, for a sum of money that Alexander the Almoner himself gave to him by hands in his need.
