Description (from People of Medieval Scotland)
Eustace of Newbiggin has granted, sold, and entirely quitclaimed for ever in respect of himself and his heirs William of Newbiggin and Burunild his wife, and Walter and Mabel their children to the prior and convent of Coldingham in return for 15 shillings that they gave him in his great need from the money of the house of Coldingham , wherefore he wills and grants that the said William and his wife Burunild and their aforenamed children should be free and quit in respect of him and his heirs from all reclamation and demand.
