Robert of Prenderguest has quitclaimed, given, and made firm by this his charter, Patrick son of Waltheof of Prenderguest, and his issue, for himself and his heirs for ever, to St Cuthbert and the monastery of Coldingham, with one pound of cinnamon to be rendered annually to the house of Coldingham at the feast of St John the Baptist.
