Abbot Robert and convent of Dunfermline testifies that agreement between Roger, bishop-elect of St Andrews, and Prior Bertram and monks of Durham, in presence of William, king of Scots, Earl David, his brother, and other good men at Edinburgh, concerning rights of churches which monks have in Lothian, was made and afterwards, in presence of Roger, bishop of St Andrews, in year 1200 in a synod at Musselburgh, was recited and agreed.
