An agreement is formed between Abbot W. and the convent of Holyrood, and Master Walter and the brethren of Torphichen regarding the teinds of Ogilface (WLO), which Abbot W., with the consent and authority of the judges-delegate in the presence of Sir W[illiam] del Bois, chancellor of the king, and others, granted to the brothers that they may hold the teinds and ecclesiastical obventions from the land of Ogilface rendering to Holyrood Abbey 4 marks yearly, that is, 2 marks at Pentecost and 2 marks at Martinmas.
