Richard of Banchory quitclaims to his lord Robert (V) de Brus the lands of Locharwoods (DMF), by stated bounds, with its pertinents, and a certain common pasture in the feu of Comlongon (DMF), which Robert de Brus’s men in Mouswald (DMF) used to have in ferme for an annual render of one mark, saving to him his wood in [?] as he held it before the date of this quitclaim.
