David son of Arnold of Quixwood has sold and made firm by this his present charter and entirely quitclaimed to the prior and monks of Coldingham those two oxgangs of land with a toft and croft in Coldingham that they gave him in exchange for the land with a wood that he had in the plain of Oldcambus, that is, 'Aksidepethe', for the teind of one year's corn from Great Lumsdaine valued at 6 marks which they gave him in his great need.
