Arnold, bishop of St Andrews, for church of St Cuthbert of Ednam; has granted teinds and other ecclesiastical rights of that villa, chapels of Longnewton (ROX), Stichill (ROX) and Nenthorn (BWK), with teinds and rights of their respective villas. He also grants all that land which was endowed at its original dedication, and land which men of that villa donated at its second dedication in bishop's presence. He grants church of Ednam to Durham Cathedral Priory.
