David of Quixwood has quitclaimed all quarrels he had towards the lord Arnold, prior, and the convent of Coldingham, both in lands ploughed and unploughed, and in the full court of the said prior has recanted; he will demand nothing but 4 wagonloads of stakes and twigs for building purposes.
