David of Paxton has granted to St Cuthbert, St Ebbe, and the monks of Coldingham a half-ploughgate of land in Auchencrow (BWK) that Walter, son of Robert, persona of Ednam, bought from him, from his demesne, for 14 marks of silver, and gave to the monks in exchange for the land of Latham to be held in perpetuity.
