David of Quixwood has given to Coldingham Priory, by the wish and grant of his wife and heirs, his whole land that he had in the villa of Oldcambus and outside, without any witholding, for the exchange of 60 acres in the territory of Coldingham, and one toft and croft that Waltheof Pethun held, and 10 acres in the ploughland of Fleurs (in Coldingham), and a messuage next to Benedict the smith's smithy, for 100s. that the said monks gave him in person.
