Roger, bishop of St Andrews, has given, granted, and made firm by the present charter to William, son of Adam of Nevay, at presentation of the same Adam, the church of Meathie Lour (ANG), with all its rightful appurtenances in free, pure and perpetual alms. He wishes, and firmly orders, that William shall hold that church freely, quietly and honourably as any parson holds in the diocese. Reserving the episcopal dues.
