A dispute was moved between Sir John, prior, and the convent of St Andrews, on one side, over a certain land which Robert called ‘King’ bequeathed (_legavit_) in his final will to the said canons of St Andrews, and Goda, daughter of the brother of the said Robert, on the other. An agreement is formed between the parties in full court, whereby the said prior and convent gave 30s. to the said Goda for exchange, and gave and granted to the same G[oda] and her heirs a certain land in the villa of Aberdeen, which Robert Petith donated to the said canons, for an annual render of one pound of cumin in the fairs of the Apostles Peter and Paul.
