Description (from People of Medieval Scotland)
David of Quixwood, in respect of charity and for the health of his soul and his wife's and Thomas his son's, and his predecessors' and successors', has given, granted, and by this his present charter made firm, to Saint Mary, for building the church of Blessed Mary at Coldingham, one acre of land and a half in the territory of Coldingham above 'Duueknol' on the east side of Coldingham, in pure and perpetual alms.
