Ralph, son of Ealhweald, in his great need, has sold, and made firm by this his charter, to Richard, nephew of Simon, late prior of Coldingham, for four and a half marks, one toft in Coldingham of his free feu, to hold of him and his heirs, with 6d. to be rendered yearly to him and his heirs.
