Juliana, daughter of Humphrey the smith of Auckland, has sold to the prior of Coldingham, in return for 4 marks of silver, the whole land that Richard her brother had in the villa of Coldingham by his acquisition (de conquestu suo), and ultimately assigned to her upon his death.
