Robert of Prenderguest has granted, sold, and entirely quitclaimed for himself and his heirs for ever, Osulf Ruffus and Walter, his son, and all their issue, to the prior and convent of Coldingham, for the price of 10 marks that they have given to him in his great need in chattels from the money of the house of Coldingham.
