Adam, son of John of Ayton, has quitclaimed to Prior Anketin, and the priory of Coldingham, in perpetuity, the whole right and claim he has had or could have in the Henry, son of Dolfin, Walter his brother, and in the whole of their retinue, and in Robert son of Osulf, and his sons, and in the whole of their retinue.
