Hugh Levedyman of Langehope and Eva, his wife, have granted and made firm by this their present charter, and quitclaimed, and for themselves and their heirs entirely abjured the sale of the whole of his land without any witholding, which Laurence son of William son of Gocelin of Berwick had in the territory and villa of Prenderguest, which Laurence sold to Richard the prior, and the Convent of Coldingham.
