W[illiam] de Vieuxpont, first-born of the three sons of Lady Emma de St Hilary, has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Holyrood Abbey, all the teinds of his charcoal of Carriden (WLO), and the teinds of the money from ships and boats in his land of Blackness, in pure ad perpetual alms.
