Edgar son of Donald, with the consent of his son and heir Fergus, has given, granted and established by his charter, to Holyrood Abbey, the church of Dalgarnock (DMF), with all the land pertaining to it, and with common pasture of the said villa, and all its other rights and pertinents, in teinds and other obventions, in free, pure and perpetual alms, for the welfare of the souls of his lords the kings of Scots, and others, saving the parsonage (personatum) of G. and the perpetual vicarage of Enoch.
